Shree Bhairavnath Bhawanrao Thombre, popularly known as B. B. Thombre, is the Chairman and Managing Director of Natural Sugar and Allied Industries Ltd.

Shree Thombare was born and brought up at Village Ranjani, District Osmanabad. Shree Thombre is from family of a farmer  which had very low income. Shree Thombre is commerce graduate and postgraduate in management (B Com., M. B. A.) Shree Thombre has more than 25 years of experience in sugar industry. In the capacity of Managing Director, he successfully executed various sugar factory erection projects in record time.  These includes Ambajogai, Godawari Manar, Jai Jawan Jai Kisan, Manjra and Vaidyanath sugar factories.

Shree B. B. Thombre has promoted Natural Sugar and Allied Industries Ltd at village Ranjani in Osmanabad District in private sector. In a short span of seven years he successfully implemented projects namely Sugar factory, distillery, Co generation power plant from agro waste and Ferro Alloys manufacturing plant at Village Ranjani. 

Shree. Thombre is well known for his dynamic, studious and creative approach. His experimental approach has helped in minimising the cost of various projects at Natural Sugar and Allied Industries Ltd., as well as to the Co-Operative Sector. His experiments such as Sugar production without sulphur, raw sugar import for year long operations, recycling of sugarcane water, use of solid agro waste as fuel have set an ideal example before the industry.
