Ram Bhogale born in February 1955. Graduated as Bachelor of Engineering  (Mechanical) from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad in 1976.

He has contributed a column to marathi daily ‘Loksatta'. He has also participated in TV programs on industry and Budget.
